DUE TO HIGH VOLUMES OF FRAUDULENT PURCHASES, BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST BE THE SAME, failure to follow instructions will lead to order being CANCELLED ONCE PLACED.
We ship all packages with SIGNATURE REQUIRED Meaning, someone must be there on premises to sign for the package. Be sure to track your package frequently to avoid missed deliveries. Delivery driver will attempt to deliver your package several times they may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

PLEASE BE ADVISED HAIR THAT IS NOT ON HAND TAKES UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PAYMENT TO BE PROCESSED ( NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS ) AND 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOU TO RECEIVE. PLEASE ORDER ACCORDINGLY! 

Please note that delays can occur which is beyond our control which means in some cases shipping can take longer than usual.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once items has been shipped.

COVID 19

Due to COVID we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Before each wig is sent out to customer, we always send pictures and videos of the item before it is actually sent to customer to make sure customer is satisfied.
