How long is shipping?
If the hair is not on hand please allow 3 business day processing time (not including Sunday's) and 7-10 business days to receive your order. If hair is on hand hair will go out same day shipping.

What’s your return policy? 
All hair is final sales once transaction has been made absolutely no returns or exchanges.

What type of hair care products should I use for my hair extensions?

You should always take care of your hair extensions like its your own hair. We recommended that you use high quality shampoo and and conditioner. Conditioning your hair plays a big role in keeping your hair soft and manageable. Please avoid over using heavy oils or styling products.

Can I color my hair extensions?

Yes, our hair is 100% virgin human hair and isn't processed, which means it can be colored.
